Information you give us

This website does not have user accounts, payment facilities or an online contact form. If you email us, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your name, email address and message.

Technical information

Our website hosting provider may process limited technical information needed to deliver, secure and troubleshoot the site. This can include an IP address, browser and device details, request information and security logs. Chesters Media does not currently use a visitor analytics service on this website.

How and why we use information

Technical logs are retained according to the hosting provider's security and operational retention periods.
